Registration Process

1. For more information on Evergreen Leadership Academy or to set up a meeting with our admissions staff please email us at [email protected] or call us at (905-417-3962).  We can only accept registration after a meeting with you and your child.

2. Once the registration form is submitted, we may require a pre-enrollment assessment.

3. Your child may need to be assessed by our admission staff in order to gauge his/her level for placement and to ensure that Evergreen Leadership Academy is a good fit for his/her overall needs.

4. Upon acceptance, we require that a contract be signed and a $1000 non refundable deposit be submitted.
