Mentors, coaches, and partners in growth
Our mentors help students build strong skills, confidence, and the independence to take on new challenges. They model the same four values students practise every day: Take Responsibility, Keep Growing, Lift Others Up, and Lead by Example.
In Primary and Elementary, mentors combine focused teaching with practical projects, thoughtful questions, and encouragement. Families are partners in helping each student grow.

Simon Wolfson
Founder, Director & Elementary Mentor
Simon founded Evergreen in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience in education. Alongside his work as Founder and Director, he is an Elementary Mentor with a love of mathematics, science, building, and engineering.
Simon helps students discover how things work, solve practical problems, and develop the confidence to think independently. His vision for Evergreen brings academic foundations together with character, responsibility, and skills for life.
Olivia Chana
Primary Mentor
Olivia is a Primary Mentor with close to seven years of experience in private education and nearly six years as part of the Evergreen community. Her educational background includes nursing and English studies.
She is passionate about helping children become compassionate, confident leaders. Olivia brings a thoughtful, caring approach to the Primary group and values the strong relationships between students, families, and mentors.
Natasha Cannavó
Primary Mentor
Natasha is a Primary Mentor with more than 10 years of experience in early education. Now in her fifth year at Evergreen, she brings a deep commitment to the early years and the foundations children build through play and learning.
Natasha helps students develop confidence, independence, and responsibility in a warm, supportive environment. She values the close community of students, families, and educators that makes Evergreen special.
Eva Batova
Elementary Mentor
Eva is an Elementary Mentor with more than 15 years of experience in education and five years in the Evergreen community. She is passionate about literacy, reading, and helping students develop a lasting love of learning.
Her approach encourages thoughtful questions, inquiry, and critical thinking. Eva supports students as they grow into confident, curious, independent thinkers who can apply what they learn in everyday life.
